Carol Gailloux, the Administrative Assistant to Kristen H. Lane, CPA, was born and raised in Biddeford, Maine. Shortly after graduating, Carol accepted an administrative position with a local oil and propane company. Carol grew with this family-owned company for over 20 years. She transitioned through various customer service roles and became Office Manager, gaining experience with accounts receivable and payable while learning different facets of the heating industry and becoming familiar with many aspects of accounting, business, and office operations.

Carol's favorite pastime outside the office is sharing good times with family and friends, relaxing by the lake, beach, and bonfires while listening to music under the stars, cooking for loved ones, and gardening. She also enjoys boating and cruising in the jeep, mesmerized by Mother Nature's beauty in Maine. 

Dana E. Lane CPA is a semi-retired CPA with over 35 years of experience in public and private accounting practice. After Dana spent two years at a mid-size public accounting firm and 12 years as a VP of Finance for a Maine-based international manufacturing company, Dana started his CPA practice in Saco in 1999. Dana successfully grew his firm until Kristen purchased his book of business at the end of 2017. Dana provides management and consulting services to Kristen as complex tax and accounting issues arise. Dana continues to represent a handful of individual and business owners as well.

Dana is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine. He is a retired U.S. Army helicopter pilot, having served in the 101^st Airborne Division during the Vietnam War. He lives in Portland with his wife, Betsy. They enjoy spending time with their family and can often be found at their granddaughters’ various extra-curricular activities and sporting events.
